(一)申請資格：須符合國科會專題研究計畫 主持 人資格。

(二)合作領域：

１、Innovative electronics devices and systems to enable advanced AI applications

２、Innovative power devices for AI systems or AI-driven power device innovation

３、Innovative optical devices for AI systems or AI-driven optical devices innovation

４、Innovative AI devices and systems for climate science

(三)補助經費項目及分擔方式：執行本項合作研究計畫所需之我方研究經費，包括業務費(含研究人力費及物品耗材費)、設備費及出國差旅費等。

(四)計畫執行期間：自 2026 年 4 月 1 日至 2029 年 3 月 31 日，為期 3 年，與日方共同研究計畫之執行期間相同。

(五)每項申請案須由臺灣及JST各1位主持人共同研議計畫內容，英文計畫名稱必須相同，提出計畫以1件為限。

(六)有意願申請者，請於7月23日前完成線上申請作業，並通知本處，以利辦理線上彙出申請及函報事宜。
